Have your child leave the very center of a light, panel, or antenna completely white, and then surround it with a bright neon yellow, neon green, or electric blue. By softly blending the bright color outward into the darker background, the station will look like it's actively beaming signals across the galaxy!

While they color the dwarf planet Pluto, you can share a fascinating fact: Pluto's famous heart-shaped region, known as Tombaugh Regio, is actually a giant glacier made predominantly of frozen nitrogen! To color icy planets, use cool tones like light blues, pale turquoises, and stark whites. Contrast these icy colors with darker, deeper shades in the surrounding craters to show depth and elevation.
