Tres Leches means "three milks" in Spanish. This incredibly moist sponge cake gets its name because it is soaked in a mixture of evaporated milk, condensed milk, and heavy cream.
Finally, we wrap up our sweet tour in Southeast Asia.
Thai Mango Sticky Rice (Khao Niao Mamuang) is a beloved street food and restaurant dessert made with glutinous rice, fresh mango, and rich coconut milk. The contrasting textures of the rice and the smooth mango make this a super fun page to color.
